About Us
Surrey Marketing Gurus was born in 2019. It was created by me, Kristy Armer, to offer Marketing support to people in my local area. Have a read of ‘what our clients say’ to hear how we’ve helped local businesses achieve their goals so far.
I’m an experienced Marketing Specialist, based in Nutfield, Surrey. With over 21 years working in the industry, I recently completed a successful 9 year career as a Brand Manager for a Virgin company. As I’m based at home, I manage to keep my overheads low, meaning I can charge affordable rates to businesses who need help but don’t want to spend thousands of pounds using expensive agencies.
When I’m not working, I enjoy walks in the woods at the back of my house, talking to the sheep in the nearby field and annoying my husband and two young children with my constant tidying up.
Traditional Marketing
Having worked across many different Marketing channels, both inside Advertising agencies and throughout the corporate world, I’ve gained many traditional skills in print production, press advertising and how to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
Digital
As the world moved to a more digital landscape, I quickly started delivering email campaigns, managing website projects, advertising products online, and creating Social Media and digital content. I’ve managed hundreds of projects throughout my career, including photo shoots, video shoots and voice-over recordings.
Event Management
I love events and I pride myself on being extremely organised. I delivered many events during my time at Virgin, so can offer lots of advice on getting the content and the customer experience right and covering all bases to ensure you deliver events safely, and in a way that best represents your brand.
Brand Marketing
With my extensive Brand Marketing experience, I can help to launch, develop and manage brands however big or small. As an expert in Brand and Customer Experience, I can help you grow your business and make a real difference.
